AGE LIMIT : Maximum 45 Years as on 30 MAY 2013
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : Passed the examination of Chartered Secretary of I.C.C.S.A.
EXPERIENCE NEEDED : Minimum 15 Years (Post Qualification) in a reputed company registered under the Indian Companies Act, 1956; out of which minimum seven years experience should be as Company Secretary. However, in case of non availability of suitable candidate, relaxation in experience will be considered
