NAME OF THE POST : FURNACE OPERATOR
VACANCY : 9 POSTS
SALARY AND PAY : Selected candidates will work as Temporary Employees at least for a period of 1 year during which they will be paid a consolidated wages of Rs 11,000/- per month. In addition they will entitled for free medical benefits for self and dependant family members as per company rules and also be eligible for company accommodation, if available . On successful completion of this period, they will be absorbed in the regular establishment as ARTISAN GRADE-IV at the minimum of the scale of pay of Rs11700-23000 based on review of their performance/ behavior / suitability to remain in the services of the organization as assessed by duly constituted committee. In addition, they will be entitled to DA, Perks @46% of basic, uniform, washing allowance, Provident Fund, medical facilities, Gratuity etc. as per Company rules.
AGE LIMIT : Candidates age must be 32 YEARS as on 1 MAY 2012
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : High School (Tenth) pass from board recognised by State / Central Govt
EXPERIENCE NEEDED : Minimum 5 Years post qualification experience of working on Electric Arc Furnace of minimum 10 Ton capacity.
SELECTION PROCEDURE : Candidates would be selected through objective type written examination and personal interview
