STIPEND : Candidates would be paid Rs 6000/- per month stipend during the 1 year apprenticeship .

AGE LIMIT : Candidates age must be 14 to 25 years as on  1 NOVEMBER 2013

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./ B.Tech.) in Engineering for Graduate Apprentice in the relevant branch with Minimum aggregate of 70% marks for GEN/OBC and 60%  marks for SC/ST from Institute / University recognized by AICTE. . Degree acquired from Distance/ Correspondence education system is not eligible for the apprenticeship. Candidates who have passed  B.E./B.Tech./ Diploma before January 2011 are not eligible for Apprentice training. Hence, such  candidates need not to apply . Candidates having 1 year post qualification experience or undergone  Apprentices training for 1 year or more are not eligible to apply as per Apprentices Act.

SELECTION PROCESS : Candidates would be selected as mentioned below

1. Scrutiny of all applications received as per advertisement will be done to ascertain eligibility. Based on eligible applications received, selection process for Graduate/Diploma apprentices will be decided.
2. Applications for Wards of Employees (son/daughter/spouse) of BHEL will be considered separately

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :- Matric/SSC with National Trade Certificate(NTC) and National Apprentice Certificate(NAC) with not less than 60% of marks for General and OBC candidates.Working knowledge of Telugu is desirable.

EMOLUMENTS AND BENEFITS :- 

• The selected candidates will initially work as Temporary Employees for a period of one  year.During this period,they will be paid a consolidated wage of Rs.11,000/- P.M.
• On successful completion of this period,they will be placed at the minimum of the pay scale of Rs.11700- Rs.23000/-.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE : Candidates who possess BSc-Nursing and must have minimum 1 year experience excluding internship are eligible to apply .Nursing Degree with minimum 60% marks in the aggregate of all subjects/ semesters put together (55% marks for candidates belonging to SC / ST categories).  The qualifying Degree should be recognized by the Nursing Council of India/ State  Nursing Council. SELECTION PROCESS : If the number of eligible applicants is in the ratio of upto 1:10 to the number of posts, personal interview of all eligible candidates shallbe conducted. If the number of eligible applicants is in excess of the ratio of 1:10 to the no. of posts, then all eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on the marks obtained in respective degree examination & then conduct the Personal Interview of eligible candidates in the ratio of 1:10 to the number of posts. Final selection is based on the marks obtained in the Personnel Interview only.

SALARY AND PAY  : Selected candidates will work as Temporary Employees at least for a period of 1 year during which they will be paid a consolidated wages of Rs 11,000/- per month. In addition they will entitled for free medical benefits for self and dependant family members as per company rules and also be eligible for company accommodation, if available . On successful completion of this period, they will be absorbed in the regular establishment as ARTISAN GRADE-IV at the minimum of the scale of pay of Rs11700-23000 based on review of their performance/ behavior / suitability to remain in the services of the organization as assessed by duly constituted committee.
