SALARY AND PAY : Rs 9300 /- per month consolidated
AGE LIMIT : Candidates age must be 18 to 25 years as on 1 NOVEMBER 2013 .
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : a) B.Sc with a minimum of 60% marks. B.Sc should be with Physics as  principal and Chemistry/Mathematics/Statistics/Electronics & Computer  Science as subsidiary OR with Chemistry as principal and Physics/ Mathematics/Statistics/Electronics &  computer Science as subsidiary  OR with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects with equal  weightage. Mathematics at HSC (10+2) level is essential. b) Should have had English as one of the subjects either at SSC or HSC level examinations

SALARY AND PAY : Eligible candidates will be considered for appointment as Scientific Assistant/C and Scientific Assistant/B (Pay Band ` 9300-34800) with grade pay of ` 4600/- and 4200/- respectively
POSTS - VACANCY -  EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS 

1.  SCIENTIFIC ASSISTANT -C :MECHANICAL  - 3 POSTS  : Diploma or Licentiate with not less than 60% marks in Mechanical Engineering recognized by the Government of India, Ministry of Human Resource Development. The Diploma in Engineering or Licentiate should be of three years duration after SSC. Should have had English as one of the subjects either at SSC or at HSC level examination. Four years of working experience of mechanical discipline in design OR manufacturing OR fabrication OR installation OR commissioning OR inspection of mechanical systems involving piping/welding/fabrication
2.  SCIENTIFIC ASSISTANT -C : ELECTRICAL  - 2 POSTS : Diploma or Licentiate with not less than 60% marks in Electrical Engineering recognized by the Government of India, Ministry of Human Resource Development. The Diploma in Engineering or Licentiate should be of three years duration after SSC. Should have had English as one of the subjects either at SSC or at HSC level examination. Four years of working experience of electrical discipline in design OR manufacturing OR installation OR commissioning of Sub-stations /transformers /switchgears /UPS /Batteries/cabling or lighting system.
3.  SCIENTIFIC ASSISTANT -C :  CIVIL  -  8 POSTS : Diploma or Licentiate with not less than 60% marks in Civil Engineering recognized by the Government of India, Ministry of Human Resource Development. The Diploma in Engineering or Licentiate should be of three years duration after SSC. Should have had English as one of the subjects either at SSC or at HSC level examination. Four years of working experience of civil discipline in design OR construction of  Any power station/dams/industrial building/refinery/roads/bridges/large residential or commercial  Complex
4.  SCIENTIFIC ASSISTANT -C :SAFETY -  1 POST  : B.SC with not less than 50% marks in any branch and one year Diploma/Certificate in industrial safety is essential. Should have had English as one of the subjects either at SSC or at HSC level examination.  Four years of working experience in Industrial Safety supervision in Construction/Process  Industry/Power Plant.
5. SCIENTIFIC ASSISTANT -B :MECHANICAL - 2 POSTS : Diploma or Licentiate with not less than 60% marks in Mechanical Engineering recognized by the Government of India, Ministry of Human Resource Development. The Diploma in Engineering or  Licentiate should be of three years duration after SSC. Should have had English as one of the subjects either at SSC or at HSC level examination
6. SCIENTIFIC ASSISTANT -B : ELECTRICAL - 1 POST  :  Diploma or Licentiate with not less than 60% marks in Electrical Engineering recognized by the Government of India, Ministry of Human Resource Development. The Diploma in Engineering or  Licentiate should be of three years duration after SSC. Should have had English as one of the subjects either at SSC or at HSC level examination
7. SCIENTIFIC ASSISTANT -B :  CIVIL - 8 POSTS  : Diploma or Licentiate with not less than 60% marks in Civil Engineering recognized by the Government of India, Ministry of Human Resource Development. The Diploma in Engineering or Licentiate should be of three years duration after SSC. Should have had English as one of the subjects either at SSC or at HSC level examination.

AGE LIMIT : Candidates age must be 18 to 35 years as on 1 JANUARY 2012 for SCIENTIFIC ASSISTANT-C posts AND 18 to 30 years as on 1 JANUARY 2012 for SCIENTIFIC ASSISTANT-B POSTS .
