SALARY AND PAY  : Pay Scale of Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.5400 plus allowances as  applicable. The indicative gross salary as on date at New Delhi will be Rs. 52,280/-. 

AGE LIMIT : The candidates must be between 21-27 years of age as on 01.12.2013.  Relaxation in  upper age limit for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-Servicemen/ Meritorious Sports Persons/ Widows/ Divorced  Women/ Women Judicially separated from Husbands/ Persons who had ordinarily been domiciled in the  tate of J&K during the period from 1st January, 1980 to 31st December, 1989 shall be as per  Central Government. The Relaxation in upper age limit for SC/ST candidates shall be 5 years; for OBC  candidates shall be 3 years; for PWD (Gen) candidates shall be 10 years; for PWD(SC/ST) candidates  shall be 15 years; for PWD(OBC) candidates shall be 13 years. Candidates having 1 year post qualification experience or undergone  Apprentices training for 1 year or more are not eligible to apply as per Apprentices Act.

PAY SCALE :-During training period, a consolidated pay of ` 10,700/- p.m. during 1st year and `12,200/- p.m. during 2nd year will be paid. In addition, they shall be entitled for medical facility for self, spouse and dependent children and Company accommodation as per availability. After successful completion of two year’s training period, candidates will be regularized in the regular grade/ pay scale of  ` 9160-3%-13150/- (S-3).

TRAINING & PROBATION :-Candidates selected for the above posts will be required to undergo, on the job training, for a period of 02 (two) years. On successful completion of two year’s training period they shall be regularized in S-3 grade and shall be placed under probation of 01 year.

• No registration fee will be charged from SC/ST/PWD and departmental candidates during online registration in NFL.

HOW TO APPLY :-

1. For detailed information on GATE-2014 ,interested candidates may log on to gate.iikgp.ac.in/gate2014.
2. The candidates will recieve their GATE-2014 Registration number printed on their admit card.On reciept of GATE registration number, the candidates need to apply online for NFL MT-2014 on the website www.nationalfertilizers.com .
3. While applying online, candidates should keep the scanned copy of their passport size color photograph,their signature.
4. After successful registration system will generate a UNIQUE APPLICATION NUMBER.candidates are required to keep the printout of the APPLICAITON SLIP which will be generated by the system after successful registration.

• Commencement of submission of GATE application : 02-09-2013
• Last date of submission of GATE application :  03-10-2013
• Commencement of Acceptance of application on NFL website : updated lateron
• Last date of Acceptance of application by NFL : updated lateron
• GATE-2014 test : Between 01-02-2014 and 02-03-2014
