POWER GRID CORPORATION OF INDIA LIMITED PGCIL HAS GIVEN NOTIFICATION FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF FIELD ENGINEER-CIVIL FIELD SUPERVISOR-CIVIL ELECTRONICS POSTS AND ALSO INVITING APPLICATIONS FROM THE ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES THE DETAILS OF THE RECRUITMENT NOTIFICATION IN SHORT IS AS GIVEN BELOW . - FIELD ENGINEER-CIVIL : 52 POSTS - Rs 30,000/- FOR 1st YEAR AND Rs 33,000/- FOR 2nd YEAR - B.E/ B.Tech/ B.SC(Engg)/ AMIE in Electronics & Communication Engineering discipline from recognized University/ Institute with minimum 55% marks. - Should have one year Post qualification experience in design/ engineering of Optical Fibre Network, adequate experience of Construction, Testing & Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance,activities of Optical Fibre Network System (SDH/ DWDM/ G-PON/MPLS etc.). Experience in PSU/Listed company particularly in Telecom sector shall be preferred.
- FIELD SUPERVISOR-CIVIL ELECTRONICS : 108 POSTS - Rs 230000/- FOR 1st YEAR AND Rs 25,000/- FOR 2nd YEAR -Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering from recognized technical Board/ Institute with minimum 55% marks - Should have one year post qualification experience of construction, Testing & Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance activities of Optical Fibre Network System (SDH/DWDM/G-PON/ MPLS etc). Experience in PSU/Listed company particularly in Telecom Sector shall be preferred.
SELECTION PROCESS : The selection will be on the basis of Personal Interview. However, the Management reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards/criteria and / or to conduct a screening test, to restrict the number of candidates to be called for Personal Interview, if so required.Screening test, if conducted, shall be an objective type test of one hour duration for elimination purpose only and shall not carry any weightage in final merit.
APPLICATION FEE : Candidates need to pay an application fee Rs 200 /- for field engineer and Rs 100 /- for field supervisor posts . Application fee is to be paid in form of A/c Payee Demand Draft in favour of “POWER GRID CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD” Payable at Hyderabad (Preferably drawn on State Bank of Hyderabad).
