SJVN LIMITED IS INVITING ONLINE APPLICATIONS FROM THE ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF ETs EXECUTIVE TRAINEES POSTS AND THE DETAILS OF THE RECRUITMENT NOTIFICATION IS AS GIVEN BELOW .
NAME OF THE POST : ET ETs EXECUTIVE TRAINEES
BRANCH WISE VACANCY AND EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :
SALARY AND PAY : During the training period of one year, Executive Trainees will draw Basic Pay of R 20600/- and IDA, along with allowances up to 47% of Basic Pay under cafeteria approach. They will also be entitled for other perquisites and benefits such as Performance Related Pay, Foreign Compensatory Allowance, Liveries, Shift Allowance, HRA/ Company leased Accommodation, Medical benefits, etc., as per extant company rules. On successful completion of Training period they will be placed in the regular Pay Scale of R. 24900-50500/- at E2A level and shall be on probation for a period of one year.
- Civil = 40 POSTS = Full time Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute of India.
- Mechanical = 25 POSTS = Full time Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University / Institute of India.
- Electrical = 30 POSTS = Full time Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized University / Institute of India.
- Finance = 13 POSTS = CA/ICWA/Two years full time MBA with specialization in Finance.
- HR = 11 POSTS = Graduate with two years full time MBA/Post Graduate Diploma with specialization in Personnel/HR.
- Safety = 04 POSTS = Full time Degree in Engineering (Civil /Mechanical /Electrical) with Full time Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized under Industrial Safety / Factory’s Act.
- Geology = 05 POSTS = Full time M.Sc./M. Tech. (Geology/Applied Geology/ Geophysics) with Engineering Geology as main subject or M.Sc./ M. Tech. in Engineering Geology.
- Architecture = 02 POSTS = Full Time Degree in Architecture from a recognized University / Institute of India.
- Company Secretarial = 01 POSTS = Graduate and qualified Company Secretary with membership of the Institute of the Company Secretary of India. Graduate Degree in Law or MBA will be preferred.
AGE LIMIT : Candidates Upper Age Limit is 30 years as on closing date of advertisement
SELECTION PROCESS : Candidates would be selected through WRITTEN TEST AND GD AND PERSONAL INTERVIEW as given below
APPLICATION FEE : General and OBC category candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of R 300/-. The Pay-in-Slip is to be downloaded from the website after completing the registration process.
- Written Test: The test will be in two parts, Part-I will consist of 120 multiple-choice questions of the relevant discipline and Part-II will consist of 30 multiple-choice questions on Executive Aptitude. The eligible candidates will be informed separately about the date and venue of the Written Test. Please visit the SJVN website for information on the same.
- Group Discussion & Personal Interview: Based on the merit and requirement, the candidates qualifying the written test will be informed separately and be required to undergo Group Discussion and Personal Interview before the Company’s Central Selection Board.
