SALARY AND PAY : Basic pay of Rs. 17240 /- per month in the scale of Rs. 17240- 840(14) –29000– 910(4) –32640 (Under Revision )  And other admissible allowances as per rules. Total emoluments at the minimum of the scale inclusive of House Rent Allowance & City Compensatory Allowance wherever admissible depending upon the classification of the city will be approximately Rs 36,805/- per month in ‘A’ Class city. 2.  Completion of Compulsory rotating internship.**
3.Language test: The candidate shall have to pass a qualifying test of middle standard in official language of the State concerned where the vacancies are notified.
 4.  Registration with the Medical Council of India.

If any University awards grades instead of marks, applicantsshould clearly mention the numerical equivalent of the grades in terms of aggregate marks.

SALARY AND PAY : As an apprenticeship DSE, the candidate shall have to  undergo insurance related training and pass a test on the same. The apprentice  DSE shall be paid a fixed one-time stipend of Rs 3500/- (Rs. Three thousand five hundred only) as per rules of the Scheme.On successful completion of the apprenticeship and passing the test, the candidate shall be engaged as a Direct Sales Executive purely oncontract basis subject to conditions framed by the Corporation . Direct Sales Executives, on engagement will be  paid monthly  remuneration, which will be entirely performance based. The quantum is dependent on DSE’s achievement of specific business benchmarks and performance of assigned tasks to the satisfaction of Corporation
AGE LIMIT : The applicant shall have completed 21 years of age and not more than 35 years of age as on  01.12.2012 (cut-off date).
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : Applicant shall possess the Bachelor’s Degree of a University established in India under a statute. Preference may be given to those applicants who possess a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Marketing /Management. Good working knowledge of English and also one Regional language preferably local language is desirable. Knowledge of soft skills such as Power Point / Word /Excel would be additional advantage
SELECTION PROCESS : Selection will be made on the basis of a written test(if necessary), followed by an Interview of candidates who qualify in the written test. Written Test (if any) may be held at the centre where Direct Marketing Unit applied for is located. The written test (if any) will be of Objective Type covering Sales aptitude Test of Reasoning, Numerical Ability and General Knowledge. SALARY AND PAY : During the apprentice period, the candidate selected as  Apprentice Development Officer will be paid a fixed amount as stipend per month as per rules of the Corporation. At present the amount of stipend is about Rs.19165/-per month, except in case of candidates selected from LIC Employees category. On appointment as a Probationary Development Officer,basic pay of Rs. 11535/- per month (except for Employee category candidates) in  the scale of  535-700(2)-12935-825(2)-14585-840(17)-28865  and other admissible allowances as per rules shall be payable. Total emoluments will be approximately Rs.22065/-. The candidate is required to use (i) Registration Number, (ii) Password  (iii) Date of Birth for downloading the call letter. Candidate needs to affixrecent recognizable photograph on the call letter and appear at the exam centre with(i) Call Letter (ii) Photo Identity Proof (PAN card/Driving License, etc.).
