Full time 4 years’ B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engineering) Degree in
Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics/ electronics Communication/ Electronics &Instrumentation/Electronics&Telecommunication/ Power Engineering with minimum marks as detailed in "f" (or equivalent) from a recognizedUniversity/institute approved by AICTE
b. AE (Civil):
Full time 4 years’ B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engineering) Degree in CivilEngineering/Construction Engineering with minimum marks as detailed in "f" (or equivalent) from arecognized University/ Institute approved by AICTE
c. Revenue Officer:
Full time 2 years’ MBA/ PGDBM along with 4 years’ B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Sc.

Full Time 3 years’ Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum marks as detailed in "g(a)" (or equivalent) from recognized Institute/ college duly recognized by State Government/ Central Government OR Full Time 4 years B.E./ B.Tech in Electrical/ Electrical& Electronics/ Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electronics & Telecommunication/Power Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute approved by AICTE with 50 % minimum marks (or equivalent) for all categories as explained in "g(b)" Page | 3
e. JE (Civil), Gr.-II:
Full Time 3 years’ Diploma in Civil with minimum marks as detailed in
"g(b)" or equivalent )from recognized Institute/ college duly recognized by State Government/ Central Government. OR Full Time 4 years’ B.E./ B.Tech in Civil Engineering/ Construction Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute approved by AICTE with minimum 50% marks (or equivalent) for all categories as explained in g(b).
MODE OF SELECTION:
a. For AEE/ AE (Civil):
i. Candidates would be shortlisted based on the valid score in the GATE examination.
ii. Merit List would be prepared on the basis of valid GATE Score, Experience marks and
Interview.
iii. Weightage of marks obtained in the GATE would be 80% and out of balance 20%, 10% each would be for the relevant work experience and interview.
iv. Candidates with prior relevant work experience of 5 (Five) or more years in any Government/ Semi-Government Organization/ PSU would be given maximum marks.
v. No weightage would be given to experience below 2 (two) years.

a. Application fee is Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) only for all categories except SC/ST of Bihar domicile, for whom it will be Rs.250/- (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty only).
