3. SALARY AND PAY : Pay (Consolidated Pay including HRA) Rs. 8000 - 13500 . Annual increment @ 4% (Four percent) will be paid.  As an incentive, an additional payment up to 2% may also be allowed based on the performance of the individual. No other allowances would be given in addition to the fixed pay 
4. AGE LIMIT : Candidates age must be 21 to 37 years as on 31 DECEMBER 2013
5. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : Candidates who possess degree in commerce / B.com from a recognised university are eligible to apply .
6. SELECTION PROCESS : Candidates would be selected through WRITTEN TEST EXAM .Merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the written test, subject to obtaining minimum qualifying marks.  The minimum qualifying marks in the written test as per Government of Bihar norms, will be 40% for UR, 36.5% for BC, 34% for EBC & 32% for SC/ST/ Female candidates. 
7. SALARY AND PAY : Selected Candidates will be initially engaged as "Probationer Trainee" for a  period of two years and during the period of Probation Training Accountant (PT) will be paid fixed remuneration @ Rs. 13,050/- per month and Junior Accountant (PT) will be paid fixed remuneration  @ Rs. 11,100/- per month. After successful completion of probation training period, they will be fixed  in the Running Pay Band (PB-2) of Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade pay of Rs. 4200/- for Accountant and  Rs. 3600/- for Junior Accountant.

AGE LIMIT : The candidate must have attained the age of 18 years and must have not attained the age of 35 years as on the last date of online submission of Application

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : The candidate possess a Graduation Degree in Commerce from a University established by Law in India OR CA/ICWA OR MBA (Finance) are eligible to apply .

SELECTION PROCESS : Candidates would be selected through written test exam only .

SYLLABUS : Part-A-‘‘Accounting, Auditing and taxation’’ and Part-B-‘‘General English and General  Awareness’’. The standard and they syllabus of the exam for Part-A shall be of Graduation Degree  level and that of Part-B shall be a Secondary School Level.

S/he should also possess good writing and typing skill in both Hindi and English. S/he will be stationed at Block Level.
