EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :  (i) M.Com. Degree in first division OR B.Com. with (ICWA) Inter / C.A. Inter / C.S. Inter from a recognized University/ Institution  (ii) Punjabi of Matric or its equivalent Standard.
