Applications are invited  by Marudhara Gramin Bank from Indian citizens who have appeared at the Common Written Examination for RRBs conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and declared qualified for the post of Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale III), Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale II), Officer in JuniorManagement (Scale I) Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose).

PAY SCALE & EMOLUMENTS :-
  • Officer Senior Management Scale-III :25700-800/5-29700-900/2-31500 and at  present the total starting emoluments are approx. Rs. 50230/- Per month inclusive of DA and HRA at the current rate.
  • Officer Middle Management Scale-II :19400-700/1-20100-800/10-28100 and  approx. Rs. 37917/- Per month inclusive of DA and HRA at the current rate.
  • Officer Junior Management Scale-I :14500 - 600/7 - 18700 - 700/2 – 20100 - 800/7 – 25700 and approx. Rs. 28340/- Per month .
  • Office Assistant (Multipurpose) :7200-400/3-8400-500/3-9900-600/4-12300-700/7-17200-1300/1-18500-800/1-19300 and  approx. Rs. 16806/- Per month.

PROBATIONARY PERIOD :Selected candidates in Officer Cadre will be on probation for the period of Two years and selected candidates in Office Assistant cadre will be on probation for the period of One year.

AGE AS ON  01-06-2012 :-
  • For Officer Scale- III Below 40 years
  • For Officer Scale- II Above 21 years - Below 32 years
  • For Officer Scale- I Above 18 years - Below 28 years
  • For Office Assistant Between 18 years and 28 years

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION AS ON 01-06-2012 :-
  1. Office Assistant (Multipurpose) :Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalentEssential: Proficiency in local language
  2. Officer Scale-I :Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalentEssential: Proficiency in local language
  3. Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer :Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.Two years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
  4. Officer Scale-II  Specialist Officers :1.Chartered Accountant :Certified Associateship (CA) from Institute of CharteredAccountants of India =2.Treasury Manager :Certified Associateship (CA) from Institute of CharteredAccountants of India or Post graduate Degree in Financefrom a recognized university/ institution.
  5. Officer Scale-III  :Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.

APPLICATION FEE :-

1.Officer (Scale I, II & III) :
- Rs. 20/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
- Rs.100/- for all others
2.Office Assistant (Multipurpose) :
- Rs. 20/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates.
- Rs.100/- for all others
Requisite Application Fee may be paid through CBS at any of the  Branches of Marudhara Gramin Bank or State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur by means of a Payment challan available in the Bank’s website.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE :-
  1. Candidates are required to apply online through Bank’s website between 24.09.2013 and 09.10.2013. No other means/ mode of application will be accepted.
  2. Candidates  should ensure that their personal email ID (as specified in the online application form while applying for RRBs- Common Written Examination CWE conducted in September 2012) is kept active during the currency of a recruitment project. Bank may send call letters for Interview etc. to the registered e-mail ID.
  3. The Application printout along with the fee paymentreceipt and required copies of documents should be kept ready for submission if shortlisted for Interview.  

EXECUTION OF BOND :-
  • Officer for Rs.1 Lacs for a period of 2 Years
  • Office Assistant (Multipurpose) for Rs.50 Thousand for a period of 2 Years.

SELECTION PROCEDURE :-Selection will be made on the basis of  performance inRRBs- Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted byIBPS in September 2012 and Personal Interview.
