Applications are invited by the NFL from the eligible candidates who are dynamic and result oriented candidates for the following position:
COMPANY PROFILE :-NFL,A MINI RATNA and premier fertilizer company engagaed in manufacturing and marketing of fertilizers and other agricultural inputs.
NAME OF THE POSITION : MANAGEMENT TRAINEES
DISCIPLINES : Mechanical,Electrical,Instrumentation & Materials.
AGE LIMIT AS ON 01-01-2014 :-Upper age limit is 27 years .i.e candidates born before 01-01-87 need not apply.
QUALIFICATION :-Full time regulat Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (AMIE-for departmental candidates) with not less than 60% marks ,taking average of all the semesters/years.
PAY SCALE :-Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs.16400-3%-40500 at the basic pay of Rs.16400/- during one-year training. on succesful completion of training period these candidates will be considered for regulation as Engineers/Officers in the pay scale of Rs.16400-3%-40500 at the basic pay of Rs.16900/-. Dearnesss Allowance/Company accomidation/House rent allowance and will be entitled for other perquisites.
PLACEMENT :-The selected candidates shall undergo one year training at our various units.candidates can be posted at any of the units/offices of NFL all over India.
SELECTION PROCESS :-Eligible candidates will have to appear for Graduate Aptitude test in Engineering (GATE)-2014.Based on the (GATE)-2014 MARKS candidates will be short listed for personal interview .
GATE CODES :-
SERVICE AGREEMENT BOND :-The selected candidates will be required to execute a service agreement bond of Rs.80,000/- (SC/ST/PWD-Rs.20,000) to serve the company for atleast 3 years after successful completion of the training.

- Candidates belonging to General/OBC category are required to pay a registration fee of Rs.500/-.
- No registration fee will be charged from SC/ST/PWD and departmental candidates during online registration in NFL.
HOW TO APPLY :-
- For detailed information on GATE-2014 ,interested candidates may log on to gate.iikgp.ac.in/gate2014.
- The candidates will recieve their GATE-2014 Registration number printed on their admit card.On reciept of GATE registration number, the candidates need to apply online for NFL MT-2014 on the website www.nationalfertilizers.com .
- While applying online, candidates should keep the scanned copy of their passport size color photograph,their signature.
- After successful registration system will generate a UNIQUE APPLICATION NUMBER.candidates are required to keep the printout of the APPLICAITON SLIP which will be generated by the system after successful registration.
