PAY SCALE :-The pay scale will be in pay band-I of Rs.5200-Rs.20200/-with Grade pay of Rs.1800/- per month.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE :-
  • Use only Black Pen/ Black Ball Point Pen for filling up the application form.
  • The application should be written in either English or Hindi and not in any other language. The application has to be duly dated and signed by the candidate.Application filled in any language other than English / Hindi and by any person other than the applicant will be rejected summarily even if, it is detected at a subsequent stage of the recruitment.
  • Candidates should mention "Applications for Gr. D posts, Northeast Frontier Railway"on the top of the envelope containing the application. Each cover should contain one application only. In case more than one application is sent in one cover or other way, all such applications will be rejected.
  • The candidate should send application duly filled with required documents by ordinary post so as to each RRC/NFR office within the closing date positively.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION AS ON 01-01-2013 :-

  1. 10th Standard Pass. But should not have passed Class XII or equivalent (ii) Ex-serviceman, who  have Passed/obtained  the Indian  Armymatriculation Certificate  or  corresponding certificate equivalent to 10th Standard  in  theNavy or Air Force, after  having completed  not less than 15  years  of  service  in Armed  Forces  as on  01.01.2013 of the Indian Union are also eligible for the post. Such candidates should pass the language test from the concerned states. Certificates should be dated on or before 01-01-2013.
  2. Knowledge of read and write in local language is essential.

PROBATION PERIOD :-The newly  appointed employees  will be on  probationfor a  minimum period  of 6  months.  Before the  probation period comesto an end, the  performance  of the newly recruited employees  will  be  evaluated  and theprobation period  of  those employees whose performance  fails to  meet  Bank’s  expectation, may be extended/ terminated.

  • A sum of ` 400/- for the post Jr. Executive (Finance) and a sum of ` 250/- for the post of Office Executive shall be deposited as application fees by the candidates.PH candidates applying for the post of Jr. Executive (Finance) shall pay ` 240/- and candidates applying for the post of Office Executive shall pay ` 150/- Fee should be deposited in any branch of United Bank of India through a triplicate CHALLAN. The candidate will download the CHALLAN from the website of the Company.. Bank will charge ` 22/- additional as Bank’s Service Charge.
  • The candidate will retain Applicant’s copy of CHALLAN and WBSEDCL’s copy of CHALLAN to be sent by the Candidate along with hard copy of credentials.
  • .Application Fees will have to be deposited from 18.09.2013 to 10.10.2013 during the banking hours.Demand  Draft/Money  Order/Postal  Order  or  any  other mode  of  payment  is  not acceptable.

HOW TO APPLY :-
  1. Eligible candidates have to apply through online registration system of WBSEDCLofficial website  at Career @ WBSEDCL. No other means / mode of application shall be accepted. Online submission of the applications will be allowed on the website between 18.09.2013 to 10.10.2013.
  2. Candidates must have a valid E-mail ID. The Company may send information for downloading Admit Card for Written Test / Computer Proficiency Test / Interview through the registered Mobile No/E-mail ID.Under no circumstances he / she should share / mention Application No. to / or any other person.
  3. .After applying online, candidates are required to print the system generated Registration Slip with unique Application No. The original registration Slip with required WBSEDCL’s Copy of CHALLAN and all credentials should be attested by Gazetted Officer and superscripting at the  top of the envelop post applied for has to be sent by post at the following address so as to reach latest by 21.10.2013.
